If desired, we can search properties and create searches for you. And if you are thinking about selling, or you are just curious, you may request a free home valuation with absolutely no obligation. Creating and saving your own searches requires a portal account, and the portal account requires a valid email address. Don't worry, though. We hate junk email as much as you do! We will not share any of your information with anyone. And you won't be pestered with emails from us. Other than an introductory acknowledgement email, you are unlikely to receive an email from us unless you contact us first. To create your portal account, simply click the "Search All Area Homes" box above, and then click "Log-in" in the top right corner. Once you have a portal account, not only can you quickly review searches you've created, but you can also mark properties as favorites, rejects, or possibilities. This can be a real timesaver by helping you focus on those homes you are interested in, and by keeping you from wasting time looking at properties you've already eliminated.
