Northwest Valley Mortgage Information

Home financing can be a critical part of any real estate transaction. Below you will find some individuals I trust that may be able to help you with the purchase of your next home.

I have no business arrangement or affiliation with these mortgage professionals, and I receive no compensation from them.  These links are provided soley as a courtesy to get you started on the process.  However, I have either worked personally with these individuals or they come highly recommended from sources I consider to be reliable.

As with any service provider, you should do your homework and determine for yourself the best individual to use.

What if I Went Through a Foreclosure, Short-Sale or Bankruptcy?

Your Credit Report and Credit Score

Your credit history and credit scores are likely to impact your loan approval or denial, your interest rate, your required down payment, and more.

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) gives you the right to get your credit score from the national credit reporting companies. The companies are allowed to charge a reasonable fee, generally around $8, for the score. When you buy your score, often you get information on how you can improve it.
